Our Help Desk and Network Operations Center (NOC) is monitored 24/7/365 and are experienced and certified technicians ready to serve our customers with any system issues. Requests for service by phone are immediately documented and routed to our Help Desk team for immediate resolution.
E-mail requests are automatically entered into our ticketing system and routed to the next available technician for customer call back and resolution.
